[pczekalski]Do an admin's guide The system has two kinds of administrators: the Super Admin, a built-in account, and any number of Laboratory Adminis.

Super Admin can create new Laboratory Admins either via upgrading the regular user's account or explicitly creating a new account. Super Admin can also create a laboratory (a group of devices) and assign an Administrator (Administrators) to it.
