NTC temperature sensor

The temperature sensor used in this exercise is an RH-16 negative temperature coefficient (NTC) sensor from Mitsubishi, so the resistance will decrease as the temperature of the sensor increases. The resistance can be estimated using the following simplified equation (number 1 in the datasheet):

where Ro = known resistance at temperature To, for example 25°C. B = is a variable that changes according to the temperature; in some temperature ranges, it could appear to be constant. In the datasheet, you can find the B value, for example, 25–50°C or 25–85°C. If the temperature range is greater, you have to use equation 2 from the sensor datasheet.
